Key-Whitman Eye Center relocated its Dallas headquarters to a state-of-the-art, 35,000-square-foot medical facility located at 11442 N. Central Expressway. Developed by Bandera Ventures and constructed by FA Peinado, the two-level center was designed to provide a more central and accessible hub for patients across Dallas and northern suburbs like Plano and Frisco.
The facility significantly expanded the practice’s capabilities, doubling its surgical space to four operating rooms and increasing the number of examination rooms to 25. It houses a fully accredited surgery center, a LASIK suite, an expanded optical center, and a clinical research department. To enhance the patient experience, the center utilizes advanced technology such as a Real-Time Locating System (RTLS) to improve efficiency and reduce wait times, alongside amenities like a coffee bar and valet parking.
