Location: Fort Worth, TX Historic Stockyards Design/Build for an 800,000 square foot redevelopment of Fort Worth’s Historic Stockyards. This project transformed the original Horse and Mule barns built in 1911 into a new light industrial and retail location for local businesses consisting of hospitality, creative office, retail, and restaurant space.
North Texas Food Bank
Contractor: Hillwood Construction
Location: Plano, TX
A 230,000 square foot Design/Build for the state-of-the-art northern distribution facility, named the Perot Family Campus, also houses office space for the non-profit hunger-relief organization.
