Located within the 1,000-acre Cypress Waters development in Dallas, 3201 Olympus Blvd serves as the consolidated North American headquarters for telecommunications giant Nokia. Developed by Billingsley Co. and constructed by Structure Tone Southwest, the 250,000-square-foot facility is a premier example of modern tilt-up concrete design.
The five-story office building features high-performance glass panels and a sophisticated concrete shell, earning it a 2020 Tilt-Up Achievement Award for excellence. Designed to maximize natural light and offer sprawling views of North Lake, the project successfully integrated complex site logistics and a high-end interior fit-out. The campus is supported by a four-level precast parking garage and is a central anchor in the amenity-rich Cypress Waters lakeside community.

Realty Capital and Staubach Capital have launched construction on the Lakeside International Office Center, a two-building office development in Flower Mound, Texas. Located at 737 and 777 International Parkway, the project sits just a three-minute drive from the north entrance of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
The development features a four-story, 120,000-square-foot flagship building and a secondary 18,000-square-foot structure. Designed by Boka Powell, the campus will offer modern amenities including a tenant lounge, coffee bar, and a dedicated trail system connecting to the nearby Shops at Lakeside. The project has already secured its first major tenant, IntelliCentrics, which has leased the entire 30,000-square-foot fourth floor of the main building. Completion is slated for the third quarter of 2020.
