Johnny “JJ” Welborn
Johnny (“JJ”) has worked in the plumbing industry since 1982 and has been with Howard Kane Plumbing Company since 1996. Through the years, Johnny has served as foreman, project superintendent, project manager, and estimator. He is a master plumber with certification in medical gas piping. With his project manager/estimator background, he is proficient in cost evaluation of design-construction which makes him well-equipped to translate clients' needs into reality through practical solutions. Owners and general contractors know they are in good hands with Johnny because he ensures high standards of plumbing performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained on every single project.
Brad Dunn

Brad Dunn
Brad learned the plumbing trade through a family-owned business and has more than 35 years of direct construction industry experience in addition to holding a journeyman plumbing license. Prior to joining the Howard Kane team, he served as a plumbing math instructor and on several plumbing licensing boards, training and assisting others in preparing for their plumbing journeyman exams. Brad’s knowledge ranges from directing and managing multi-million dollars of construction activities, tracking change orders, verifying purchase orders and contracts, all while keeping strict deadlines. Brad welcomes the opportunity to apply his problem-solving skills to each prospect to find best-fit solutions that balance cost, schedule, and resources, without compromising quality.

As a project manager, Glen has become an invaluable asset to our company, bringing his skills as a problem-solver to every project he leads. His portfolio spans all of our project types, which showcases his ability to productively manage project teams and resources, for a wide range of conditions and cost-effective solutions.

Mark Crown is a seasoned plumbing professional with over 21 years of experience in commercial plumbing. He began his career at Howard Kane Plumbing and advanced through the ranks from apprentice to foreman, senior foreman, and now Project Manager, gaining extensive hands-on and leadership experience at every stage.
Through years of fieldwork and team leadership, Mark developed a deep understanding of commercial plumbing systems, project coordination, and workforce management. His background as a Senior Foreman provides a practical, field-driven perspective that allows him to anticipate challenges, maintain efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.
As Project Manager, Mark oversees projects from initial planning through final completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and field teams to ensure successful outcomes. His long-standing commitment to Howard Kane Plumbing reflects his dedication to excellence, reliability, and delivering quality results on every project he manages.

From his initial steps as a Journeyman Plumber at Howard Kane, to overseeing large-scale plumbing projects, ensuring quality workmanship as a Lead Foreman - he has been able to hone his skills in optimizing workflow efficiencies, resource allocation, and client relations. His journey within the company, reflects a steadfast commitment to mastering every facet of the industry while ensuring the seamless execution of projects. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, Daniel meticulously analyzes project requirements, conducts thorough material take-offs, and collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver competitive estimates that meet our clients' needs.

With over 25 years of human resources experience, Pamela brought a wealth of knowledge when she joined the Howard Kane Plumbing team in 2021. Her warm, approachable nature allowed her to fit in seamlessly from day one. Initially serving as administrative support to the management team, focusing on accounting and construction compliance, Pamela quickly became an integral part of the team. After dedicating four years to learning the plumbing industry, she was promoted in April 2024 to a key role in HR management. Now, Pamela specializes in onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations, continuing to be a trusted resource and advocate for our employees.
