Build-to-Suit for a 1,141,000 square foot facility which was to be Amazon’s first North Texas distribution/fulfillment center. The plumbing scope of this project included 941,200 square feet of mezzanine and over seven miles of conveyors.
Logistics Center II

Phase two of a 1,041,600 square foot industrial mega-distribution center in DFW Airport, now home to an Amazon Fulfillment Center.

Plan/Spec for a 2,400,000 square foot logistics park called DFW Park 161 with Phase I consisting of three speculative tilt-wall warehouse facilities totaling 1,049,000 square feet.
Pedregal Mars Wrigley

Plan/Spec for one of the largest Build-to-Suit food-grade distribution centers for the DFW Metroplex area. This center boasts 1,545,774 square feet with a fully air-conditioned 300,000 square foot cooler and 42,000 square foot two-story office, which is now leased by candy maker Mars Wrigley.

Build-to-Suit 352,000 square foot new state-of-the-art automated sort facility for FedEx.
